We operate in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards at every stage, from production to assembly. We aim for continuous improvement not only in our products but also in all our business processes. Each new project is strengthened by the experience of the previous one.
· Engineering and Design Assurance
Compliance with international standards (EN, ISO, TSE, ASTM) is ensured throughout all processes, from static calculations to material selection. We develop designs suitable for harsh climatic conditions, changing site conditions, and load-bearing requirements that will last for many years. Each system is verified through computer-aided analysis (CAD/CAE) and field testing.
· Material and Production Quality
The raw materials we use are sourced in compliance with the EN 1090-2 standard and documented according to the principle of traceability.
Our production lines adhere to the ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety standards, we build quality not only in the final product but also in our production culture.
· Field Performance and Customer Satisfaction
Quality is measured even after delivery. Performance tests, ease of installation, durability, and longevity checks are conducted at the installation sites. Customer feedback is systematically evaluated, and a “continuous improvement cycle” is implemented at the end of each project.
