Murat Taşdelen graduated from the Business Administration Department of Pamukkale University in 2009. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Denizli. The field experience he gained in various sectors after graduation paved the way for the managerial and entrepreneurial roles he assumed in subsequent years.

Between 2009 and 2012, he was active as an entrepreneur in fields such as jewelry, communications, and textiles, working in retail store management, supply chain tracking, and direct customer relations.

Subsequently, he was responsible for purchasing processes at Mercan Kimya A.Ş., the first Denizli-based company to be publicly traded in Turkey, for approximately six years. In this role, he worked in areas such as domestic and imported raw material procurement, supplier relationship management, price analysis, and planning in line with annual budget targets. Managing numerous domestic and international supply channels to support the company’s production processes, Taşdelen took active responsibility for cost optimization, on-time delivery performance, and quality compliance.

Since 2016, he has been the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zeytaş Çelik & Makine Sanayi A.Ş., which operates in the steel structure manufacturing sector. The company specializes in heavy steel manufacturing and undertakes the manufacturing and assembly processes of large-scale projects such as production halls, power plant units, shipyard structures, and wide-span warehouse and storage systems.

Zeytaş’s field of activity is not limited to steel construction production, but also includes application, engineering, quality control, and project coordination services. The company’s work is carried out based on high engineering discipline and compliance with industrial construction standards.

Taşdelen is one of the founding partners of Zeta Construction Inc., which aims to bring steel construction technologies to residential and office projects by 2025. Within Zeta, steel construction systems have been implemented in multi-story residential and commercial office spaces, developing alternative solutions to traditional reinforced concrete structures. The static design processes for the projects have been carried out with engineering offices abroad, and the coordination of operational processes such as licensing, site management, and sales organization is being carried out at the application site.

Denizli Chamber of Commerce maintains its membership in various professional and sectoral organizations such as DESIAD (Denizli Industrialists and Business People Association), DEGİAD (Denizli Young Business People Association), and the Turkish Structural Steel Association.

It has experience in steel structure systems, production management, project financing, and investment development. It applies the knowledge it has gained, particularly in the field of heavy steel manufacturing, to various projects in the industrial, energy, and residential construction sectors.
